Many artists, myself included, often need something visual to spark out creativity. Often the creativity is there, we just do not know how to execute it. I have found that the two website I am going to write about have helped me visually in my creative journeys. I hope these site are helpful for you as well!

FFFFound.com: This website is absolutely amazing. You can create an account and submit your own images. Most on this site are original works, which is even better. You will find your self looking through these photos saving almost every single one. There is a lot of Typography work as well as vintage photos. All great and pleasing to the eye. If you are a graphic designer this site is a great way to keep updated on what's new and what is going on. Don't spend that 10$ on a magazine and at Barnes And Noble, just hop over to FFFFound.com!

Weheartit.com: Similar to FFFFound.com where you can create your own account and post photos. A great difference is that Weheartit.com has a well organized tags section which makes searching much faster. Weheartit.com has a lot of great photography, but sadly I don't think much or it is original work. None the less it is still a lot of creative imagery that can be very helpful. This site is becoming somewhat of a social networking site in the long run. I notice a lot of social media icon packs have been including this site. So go ahead and join! Check out the photos and maybe do some promoting!

For those of us who use Colourlovers.com, a great tip is that when creating a new palette for the inspiration link, put in your favorite photo! The reason it's pleasing to the eye is because not only of the set up and design, but because of the colors. You will end up with great palettes and patterns!

Hy Blsorg, there seems to be 2 versions of this. I checked ffffoud.com and then ffffound.com - The link to ffffoud seems far less impressive than the ffffound.com site which is so brilliant - it's beyond my expectations. I wondered was he 2 different spellings just a typo or has someone actually tried to cash in on the good name of ffffound. Anyway - thaks for the info here. I learned a lot.

By the way - try this website for some great web designs.

It's totally rad. As a designer, you will like it. Take care.
